What if you don’t work best under pressure?

Q: What if I didn’t think that I work best under pressure?

I’m not saying that you don’t work WELL under pressure.

You probably do.

You might even kind of like the pressure.

Because it’s a dopamine hit.

And dopamine hits feel good.

You might think you thrive under pressure.

But what if you could thrive without the need for pressure to create that dopamine hit you crave?

What if you knew that you can handle any pressure AND you choose not to create your massive success that way?

You choose to create success from calm and confidence.

You feel focused and clear.

You feel determined.

You feel grounded in the knowledge you’ll get the job done.

You empower yourself and those around you to rise higher together.

Not because the pressure is intense, but because you trust yourself to level up.

It’s a completely different way to think about what is necessary to create massive success.

But it’s sustainable.

It’s healthier for the mind and the body.

It’s the long-term view for you and your team.

What got you here is not going to get you where you want to go in your success and your work-life balance.

Something has to give if you are going to create closer connections with your family AND growth in your business.

Especially during this holiday season.

So, Step One for creating more balance while continuing to be successful is simple:

Believe what I’m saying.

That’s Step One.

You might scoff at this email, thinking that I’m naive or delusional or just plain wrong.

You might wish that what I’m talking about is true but find it so unbelievable that you dismiss it.

You might still think that working under pressure really is the best for you.

It’s ok. You can think that.

But there really is a better way.

Balance is not a myth.

You do not work best under pressure.

I’m just inviting you to consider the possibility that what I’m saying might be true.

Maybe.

Just give it a chance in your brain.

Let the idea have some space.

Try it out.

You can ask yourself, “What if it’s true that my best work is done under pressure?”

“What if I can create a more sustainable way to have massive success?”

“What if work-life balance is available to me right now?”

Give it a chance.

Then message or text me to continue this conversation.

Relief is more accessible than you might think.

More time is available without even changing your calendar.

More connection in your relationships can happen immediately.

Q: What if I didn’t think that I work best under pressure?

Sustainable success is right in front of you.

And it doesn’t have to happen under pressure.

Sending love,

K
