SCHEDULE A CALL

TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL

To reschedule or cancel a call with Kolette:

  1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking your call.

  2. Click “Reschedule” or “Cancel” based on your needs.

  3. If rescheduling, select a new date and time.

  4. You will receive an email with the details of your updated or canceled appointment.

Each call can be rescheduled only within the program dates.

Support

  • My best clients come prepared with a quiet space and time to focus. It doesn’t matter what you wear or what you look like.

    Please schedule your sessions around driving carpool or sitting poolside at your child’s meet so that you limit your distractions.

    In terms of content, we can discuss anything you want. Often times it’s helpful to reflect on the past week or month to find areas (church, work, family, etc.) where your reality isn’t aligning with what you want to have happen. This will become easier for you as we start coaching together.

    After a session, my best clients stay coachable by being open to what we discussed and working on it between calls.
