You’ll learn how to use The Decision Formula to mentor your youth and help them lead with confidence. We’ll also cover leadership principles and mentoring strategies that help the youth become more self-reliant and responsible, all while making your role easier and more fulfilling.

The sessions are delivered via live Zoom calls over six months. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in real-time, but if you can’t make it live, all sessions will be recorded, and you’ll have access to the replays.
